In counseling and coaching I emphasize the importance of making a lifestyle change to overcome life's challenges and approach treatment in an interdisciplinary way; focusing on physical health, emotional well-being and spirituality. It is my objective to help people realize the influence their thoughts have on their emotions and behaviors. I believe that setting and achieving goals is important to finding greater happiness and balance in life.
